Welcome to Maxxer, a focus timer app owned and operated by LEFT EQUALS RIGHT PTY. LTD. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Maxxer, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our application or services.

1. Use of the App

Maxxer is designed to help users focus by blocking selected apps while a focus timer is running.
You may use Maxxer for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app’s software or security features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the app or breach these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Maxxer offers a 7-day free trial, after which you’ll be automatically transferred to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions or lifetime access grant you the right to use the app for the purchased duration.

Payments and billing are handled securely through the app store (e.g., Apple App Store). You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancellation through those platforms.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect limited personal data to provide and improve our services, including your name, email, and payment information.
We also collect non-personal data, such as cookies, to enhance functionality and analytics.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Maxxer is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
